We’ve all got that one place where no matter what, something will happen to balls-up a trip there. Pebbly Beach campground was once out of reach for us, until now.
With 2,137km of coastline, there are plenty of spots to set up camp on the beaches of NSW. We weren’t expecting much when we rolled into Harrington, but what more could you ask for in a quiet seaside town?
Set up camp at Kylie’s Beach, take a hike to see the gap, scramble over rocks between Diamond Head – for a place with the name “crowdy” in it, you’d think there’d be more crowds.
Go to Thredbo, catch the Kosciuszko Express Chairlift, walk through the snow, see the summit from afar, then return to the pub. You’ve earned yourself a beer.
